Snack Supper

pakoras
Bite sized pakoras, made with gram flour, onions and spices, served with a tomato and yoghurt sauce.

Beautiful! I love pakoras. I want to eat loads of them when I eat in an Indian and nothing more! Lovely with aubergine instead of onion too.

I think the easier the recipe the better for most foods and these are certainly easy!
