Rhubarb and yoghurt for supper. Absolutely no interest in eating or cooking today. Horrible weather, dull day and the bad cats broke a bottle of Oban single malt.

Rhubarb does mean spring and it is a good thing! It won't be long before there's more interesting produce to use than I'll know what to do with but in the meantime, sometimes I get cold. :(
when i saw the reference to single malt i assumed it was some vegan stuff - you can tell i am a wine drinker...
